Delicious Crock-pot Lasagna: yum. I used a big tub of Ricotta mixed with 2c mozz and 1/2ish parm (red pepper and oregano). I used 2lbs beef with diced onion and a packet Italian dressing mix. I used 2 cans sauce and would have added more but crock pot was full to the top. I used 3/4 box of noodles. Easy. Tastes just like oven baked. Oh, and 1/2c mozz on top with more parm.
Serves 4 5 minute prep time, 20 minute bake time Ingredients: 4 eggs 2 cups milk 2 Tbsp butter, softened 1 3/4 cup flour 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup frozen blueberries Directions: Beat eggs, add milk, butter and dry ingredients, mixing well. Pour batter into buttered 9x13 cake pan and top with frozen blueberries. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes.
Never buy boxed brownie mix again! So simple, so easy. Not just frugal but cuts out the unknown ingredients. Brownie Mix $0.30 /mix. 1 Cup Sugar, 1/2 Cup Flour, 1/3 Cup Cocoa, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Baking Powder. Add: 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 teaspoon Vanilla. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Slice the zucchini in half. Slice off the bottom to keep in stable. Brush with olive oil and top with garlic or garlic powder. Top with sliced tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Use mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese or mixed blend.. Bake 375 for 20 to 30 minutes until soft.
