Recycled Picture Frame Jewelry Storage via Amped Dangerous I fell in love instantly when I saw this way to display jewelry. DIY ROPE WALL: The construction process is pretty simple. Wood boxes were custom built with evenly spaced rope sized holes drilled through the top and bottom. Precut sections of rope were strung through the top & tied off at the bottom, allowing for the interior knot to hold the rope in place and taut. Just screw close the open side of the box.

"For the cost of one $20 frame at the store, you can get 10," she says. "Look beyond the art and focus on two things: whether you like the shape of the frame and if the glass is broken."
