Green Glowing Smoothie recipe from celeb nutritionist Kimberly Snyder...yumm!
High Fiber Muffins 1 c wheat bran 1.5 c whole wheat flour ½ c raisins 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda ½ c brown sugar ½ c ground flax seeds 1 c milk 1 tbsp molasses 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 ripe bananas, mashed Combine the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients, including bananas. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, mixing only until combined. Be careful not to over stir.Bake for 15 min at 400 degrees.

Weekly detox smoothie or 3x a week for a liver booster Blend the following: - Juice and pith of 1 lemon (only throw out the peel) - 2 pears (seeded and cored) - 2 apples (seeded and cored) - 3 Tablespoons flax oil - ½ teaspoon of Turmeric - ¼ teaspoon of Celtic sea salt - Pinch of Cayenne pepper - 3-4 cups filtered water
