Chocolate Zucchini Bread | Weelicious. The only additions I added were to add 2/3 cup raw sugar and added about 3/4 cup almond milk (any milk will do) because it seemed dry, also instead of eggs I used 2 tbs of ground flax seed and 6 tbs of water as the replacement, and it only makes one large loaf. Or use mini muffin pans.
