    it looks like the tuna and raspberry skewers served at Julian Serrano at ARIA Las Vegas. Delicious!

    Looks like either mozzarella, feta or tofu squares topped with a beet square...maybe a rosemary leaf on top...sesame seeds...could be any sauce but since the toothpick is bamboo, my guess is soy sauce....

    Looks like seared ahi tuna with white and black sesame seeds, some kind of a thickened soy sauce on plating, and a congealed cocktail sauce with a lemongrass pick.
