Use a silicon baking sheet under the paper to give the needed "squidge" for the solid plastic Lego to make good contact for a decent looking stamp. once dry, have the kids color in their creations with crayons or pencils. stamp, craft, printmaking for kids, block prints, art lesson, ink pads, kids printmaking, legos, lego print

(Used this mostly as inspiration for Ellie's 1st birthday banner.) Didn't use paint-chips. (Seriously people, that's basically stealing.) Cut hearts with Cricut (about 2.5"). Cut "Happy Birthday" w/ Cricut (1.5"). Glued letters to hearts, punched holes in the tops and strung coordinating ribbon through to hang. Took two hours, off and on. valentine crafts, valentine day, paper hearts, paint swatches, paper punch, paint colors, heart garland, paint samples, paint chip
Brilliant (and cheap) garland idea!
