No-bake Peanut Butter Cookies..made these as soon as I saw the pin, haha. They turned out great, I used quick oats too. Maybe a couple tbsp more, I just winged it to get the right texture. Also added 4 tsp of cocoa to the oats and mixed it in, made them really chocolatey and delicious. Stick them in the fridge for a few minutes too, even better.
