Fruity Bruschetta with Goat Cheese
How to make original Greek frappe coffee: In a shaker or jar with a tight-fitting lid add 4 tablespoons of cold water, 1 teaspoon of instant coffee, and sugar to taste (1 teasspoon of sugar for medium-sweet). Close tightly and shake until the mixture appears to be all foam (or even better, you can use an electric drink mixer to do this!). Pour the foam into a tall water glass, add 3-4 ice cubes, milk to taste, fill the rest of the glass with icy cold water and stir. Serve with a straw.
