    Yep I've fallen on my face before...not pretty...

    It really helps if you start with a couple of books underneath your feet. I also had a lot more luck placing my knees all the way up against my arm pit (although I think it's "supposed to be" easier to place them nearer the elbows when you start).

    I think it's better to look a few inches in front of you, not down.
