Free of refined sugars, dairy, wheat or gluten and loaded with healthy fats, antioxidants and minerals. To make this recipe, simply mash your ripe avos together with all other ingredients until whipped together, or use a food processor! Date paste is easy to make: Soak your dates in water until soft, make sure the pits are removed. Blend the dates with a tiny bit of water to turn them into a paste, use this as your "raw" fruit based sweetener.
