Stuffed Zuchini - These were yummy. Didn't have sour cream so I used a little ff cream cheese. Only used 1/2 an onion and it was plenty. Less thyme (used whole leaf) next time. Used gruyere cheese on top - parmesan would work too. Needs to be perfected a bit, but super good!
