Avocado Chicken Salad: 2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts,1 avocado,1/4 chopped onion, juice of 1/2 a lime, 2 Tbsp cilantro,salt and pepper, to taste. Cook chicken breast until done, let cool, and then shred. Mix with all other ingredients.
LEAN TURKEY MEATBALL/SWEET POTATO SLIDERS - these were sooo good . Boil the fattest sweet potato u have , and start heating up a pan with EVOO then sautée finely cut onions n bell peppers - halfway through I add a lil low sodium chicken broth. I cut my lean turkey meatballs in half n add to pan (season w/ ma dash and red chilli pepper).Then I added a few tablespoons low sodium nonfat tomato sauce And mixed everything together.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER "ICECREAM" WITH ALMONDS This is a banana based "Icecream". Blend or use a food processor to blend frozen ripe bananas, add chocolate protein powder, PB2 (powdered peanut butter) and whole almonds. I try not to over blend cause I like it a lil chunky .
