IRELAND - The Chihuly glassblowing team headed to Waterford Crystal Factory in September 1995. The Irish glass workers had not worked with much colored glass before, and Chihuly had never before created a crystal chandelier. As a result of the collaboration, a unique hand-etched crystal chandelier emerged.

Romain de Tirtoff was a Russian born, French artist and designer known by the pseudonym Erté, a French pronunciation of initials R.T.
