August Paleo Pen Pals Recipe: Paleo Poppy Seed Mini Bagels

Morning of Anniversary or Birthday etc.!!! Bacon Hearts, such a fun twist for breakfast. 400F - 18 min or so. Need this!! Love my bacon!!

Apples + cinnamon + oven @ 275 degrees for 2 hours = healthy homemade apple chips

whipped cream made from coconut milk. People, if you haven't tried it, you must!! I've been making this one for a while now and it's amazing!!!!!!!!! PS....you can also add a bit of cacao powder to make it chocolate mousse!!! YUMMMMMMMM

INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive & healthy. (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)

Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Best Shrimp you will EVER taste:)

Sweet potato: Preheat oven to 350* Slice sweet potatoes ~1/2” thick Lightly coat with olive oil + a sprinkling of salt Bake for 20min [turning once] Turn heat to 400* Bake for ~15-20min more [turning once]

Marinate asparagus in Italian dressing for 1.5 hrs then wrap them in bacon and sprinkle on sesame seeds. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
