@ Jennifer Scheel They say to use this to begin and work up to a marathon. Don't think we have to worry about any marathon, but hopefully that 1 mile will come easier in 5 and 10 weeks.

Taken time a week off because of surgery... might be the BOOST I need! Half-Marathon for Beginners, from couch to 13.1 miles in 10 weeks... Not exactly a beginner and not starting from the couch. But 10 weeks is about the amount of time I have to get my ass in gear. Motivation needed. Time to train.
