Go into your perfect squat position with your butt pressed back like you're sitting in a chair with your knees behind your toes, then jump up high and land softly back into a squat position. Taken time a week off because of surgery... might be the BOOST I need! Half-Marathon for Beginners, from couch to 13.1 miles in 10 weeks... Not exactly a beginner and not starting from the couch. But 10 weeks is about the amount of time I have to get my ass in gear. Motivation needed. Time to train.
