Butternut Squash Basmati Rice - I just made this DELICIOUS recipe & added a bit of boneless, skinless white chicken meat at the end to make this a "complete" meal in a bowl dinner on Sunday. Doubled the recipe, so we have lunch leftovers - and ground mustard & cumin work fine to season the rice if you don't have whole cumin & mustard seeds.
