Slow Cooker Carnitas ..after shredding bake for a few minutes in oven for pork to crisp up...better than some of the pork dishes I've had in some great Cuban cafes.

I have tried this several times. I deviate a little from it and cut the pork shoulder into smaller chunks so there's more seasoning on the meat and bake it at 400 degrees after shredded, turning every five minutes to brown the carnitas.
