Knock Off Wendy's Shake - Throw the following in a Blender :) 1 CUP milk, 2 TBSP Chocolate Pudding Mix 1 TSP Vanilla Extract, 1 TSP Unsweetened Cocoa 1/2 TBSP Splenda (2-3 small packets), 7 Ice Cubes - More fun "Knock Off's" here :)
Pineapple Whip. Super easy and delicious! I've never had it at Disney but supposedly this tastes identical :) Using one fresh pineapple and the rest of the ingredients (using splenda and not sugar), it was 55 calories per serving with 4 servings in a batch.
Pumpkin Bake (with cream cheese) ---- My family loved this (my 3 year old nearly licked her plate clean and asked for more) and I thought it was pretty good. It is not overly sweet, which I like. I had to cook it quite a bit longer than the recipe called for.
