Slow Cooker Shredded Pork. You put a pork roast in the crockpot. Sprinkle on 1/2 envelope of taco seasoning, 1/2 envelope of fajita seasoning and 1 cup brown sugar. Add a cup of salsa and then pour a can of coke over it. Cook on low all day and then shred it. It's sweet and tangy. We serve it with a slotted spoon and make it into tacos.
