Amazing Amish Cinnamon Bread.  I made this lo fodmap by using lactose free milk w/ lemon juice in place of the buttermilk.  I also substituted a gf flour mix (mine is sorghum, brown rice flour, sweet rice flour and cornstarch) and 1 tsp. xantham gum.
