Ok, so I finally decided to try to make some of completely original workout routines to incorporate some of the exercises that I have picked up from other exercises as well as PE lessons. I know the first on is a bit vague, but It seemed to work very well, and I could really feel it afterwords. What I am trying to do is incorporate all components of fitness into every one of my exercises. Its not pretty, but the first step is the most important :)

1-28-15: Reps: 4 today I tried tried my first drastic revision of the online plans I have been using. On the previous occasions I had done this workout, I noticed that the 100 punches didn't feel like enough, so I decided to substitute some heavy rope exercises in there. These are exercises that really raise your RPE, and incorporate cardio, and muscular strength/endurance. I package I could greatly benefit from!

1-25-15:  Reps: 4 So close to my goal, but I still definitely need to keep an eye on my form. I noticed that during the 4th repetition my form was really starting to deteriorate. I got up to an PRE 6 this time, showing improvement, as I maintained the RPE, but increased my repetition. This T-rex workout is definitely my favorite. It gets you to stand up and move more that the others, and I love the pull-ups, they are something I look forward to doing.

1-23-15: Reps: 3.5 Today I did the super nova again, and was able to get through it 3.5 times. I substituted pull-ups foe the rotating/moving plank, and liked this modification because the non modified workout does not do much to work the arms.

Reps: 3 Great workout this one, It worked my core much more than the the "predator" workout. However, this one did not manage to get my RPE up to the previous but instead around a This workout is best utilized for a hard workout focusing on the core.

Some RTX workouts I would like to utilize in some of my workouts. Perhaps I will save these foe when I am a bit stronger.

The first one I did was an unmodified predator workout. I was able to complete 2 complete reps in 10 minutes. I had to take long rests between each rep, and could tell that my form was deteriorating,

1-18-15 Reps: 3  I tried the T-rex workout this weekend, and found it to be my new favorite. I liked the fact that it had fewer workouts than the other 2. It felt like I could get into more of a rhythm. This workout has been the most exhausting (RPE 6) and I had to ale long breaks, and I could see my form declining. One thing that I would change is the arm raises. They did seem to work anything. What I will do is perhaps get some small weights, or substitute another exercise in its place.

1-15-15: here is the heart rate graph from the super-nova workout. My max heart rate got to 182- the high intensity range, showing that I was in fact working myself during my workout. Prior to my 10 minute workout we were dancing the foxtrot and the swing. You can tell that we danced the swing towards the end as my heart rate is up into the moderate range. The swing is much more active than the foxtrot.
