I absolutely love incorporating roasted garlic into dishes, it creates beautiful mild and almost sweet & savory flavor. It is so simple to do and makes such a large impact on a dish.  Step 1: Start with a head of garlic. Peel off the loose skin. Step 2:Cut the tops of the cloves off. Drizzle the top of each clove with 1 tsp of olive oil. Step 3:Wrap the garlic head in aluminum foil.Step 4:Place garlic in a 400 degree oven and roast for 45 minutes. Step 4:Let cool 10-15 minutes before gently squeezing the cloves out of the skin. Use in your favorite recipes! Warning once you start using roasted garlic, you'll be hooked!
