When buying fruit and veggies, always soak them in a 1:4 ratio of vinegar and water to help remove toxins and pesticides - even organic! Leave them soaking for up to an hour, longer with nonorganic apples. At the end of the bath, sometimes you can even see cloudy like stuff in the water from the skins and waxes, and dirt on the bottom. Works awesome! Once I did this to blackberries and they were good for 3 WEEKS! That's unheard of with berries & water. The vinegar is KEY :)
Going to try this...4 chicken breast at the bottom of crock pot. Pour stove top over chicken. Mix 1/2 C. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/4 Cup water the pour over chicken and stuffing. Cook low 4 hours. Fluff and serve.
Baked Spaghetti -- You must try this recipe :). I cut the recipe in half pretty much. I added zucchini in the meat mixture, used way less and light butter, fat free cottage cheese and a couple shakes of red pepper flakes for a kick.
