Berry Crumble Muffin by Marissa Johnson Absolutely perfect! (S) 2c almond flour 1c flax meal 1 c truvia 2t baking powder 1t vanilla 4 tbs butter /coconut oil 4 eggs 1/2 c almond milk 4 packets true lemon or lemon juice (optional) 1/2 t salt 1-2 cups frozen berries (I used mixed berries and cranberries) Mix together and fold the berries in last. Bake 350* until firm (25-30 min) makes 24 muffins they freeze wonderfully. *note* if you use liners they are easier to take our of the pan.
Shorty's Skinny Toffee 1/4c browned butter, 3/4 c coconut oil, 1T Truvia, 1/2t salt, 1/2t caramel ext, 1 scoop whey protein I just blended mine altogether in the blender and put it on a cookie sheet in the freezer to harden. The Toffee layer kinda separated to the bottom as you can see, but oh, its so good!
