Lupe Tortilla Fajita Marinade 2c fresh squeezed lime juice (~10 limes) 1/2c olive oil 4oz spice mix (= 4oz pepper, 4oz garlic powder, 5oz salt) Combine all ingredients in mixing bowls and whisk together then marinate meat of choice for up to 30 mins before cooking. Keep marinade refrigerated. Discard any used marinade. Do not cross-contaminate.
