Homemade toothpaste recipe: 1/4 cup baking soda, 1/8 cup coconut oil, 1/8 cup hydrogen peroxide, 1/4 tsp stevia, 1/2 tsp peppermint extract. Mix everything in a bowl and store in a glass jar or other suitable container. If toothpaste begins to dry out, stir in a bit more peroxide.

How to make your own whipped coconut oil body butter. 1 cup of coconut oil (straight from the container - don't melt first), few drops of Vitamin E oil (optional), few drops of favorite essential oil for fragrance (optional).
