Carousel Accumulation Cooling Conveyor System
​This custom conveyor provides an immaculate process for cooling and accumulating before assembly into the pack out stations. The cooling conveyor is 36" wide x 30' long with cooling tunnels. The application is cured by the time it reaches the pack out stations. The clean conveyor provides plenty of time for the operators to pack out this product with the custom transfers between the belts.

Carousel – Accumulation Cleanroom Conveyor for Curing Products
This SmartMove® “cleanroom” Carousel – Accumulation conveyor is used for curing products before packaging. Why take up hundreds of feet of space when an accumulation line will work best for cooling and waiting. The underside is custom cut for underside cooling fans. The belt is 21% open to allow air flow through the belting with a clean hood. The hood has a convenient lift section every 5′.
