Roasted Mushroom Medley

Mushroommedley, Oven 350 2 lbs Mix Fresh Mushrooms, 2 Garlic Chop Cloves, 1/2 C Olive Oil, Salt/ Pepper,1 Tsp Chop Fresh Rosemary, 1 Tsp Chop Fresh Sage, 1/4 C Chop Fresh Parsley, 1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar: Remove stem caps, chop ends off, cut in halves eep small. Mix olive oil w/ garlic, herbs & seasonings in ovenproof casserole dish to fit all mushrms. Add mushrooms, mix well, coat mushrooms w/ flavored oil. Bake 30 to 40 mins/til cooked thru. Remove from heat, drizzle w/ balsamic vinegar.

Slice the mushrooms into pieces. Mix the olive oil with the garlic, herbs & seasonings in baking dish. Add mushrooms & mix well. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from the heat, and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar.

Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in rice. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 18 to 20 minutes, until rice is tender.

Asian Coconut Rice Recipe: Rice Cooker! I mixed the 1 can coconut milk, 1/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt together, then put 2 cups of rice in my rice cooker, poored the coconut milk on top of the rice, mixed it in the rice cooker, then added 3/4 cup water ON TOP of the rice because you need water on top of the rice in order for it to cook right! It was great!

Garlic Monkey Bread THIS is awesome n so easy I will never ever make another garlic bread!!!! Mini Garlic Monkey Breads adapted from: Real Mom Kitchen (Printable Recipe) 2 (7.5 oz) cans buttermilk biscuits 6 Tbl. butter, melted 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbl. dried parsley flakes 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese plus 2 Tbl. to sprinkle on top Cut biscuits into 4 pieces and place in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over biscuit pieces. Gently toss to evenly coat. Use a greased 12-cup muffin tin and place 6-7 pieces in each cup. Sprinkle remaining 2 Tablespoons of cheese over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 12
