For anyone that may not know, the BEST way to make hard-boiled eggs is in the OVEN! Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove! Not only are they tastier, but they also are much easier to peel! Camping Cake! When you are roughing it and don't have campers and dutch ovens, you may want to try this idea! Cut off the top of oranges, and hollow out the meat of the orange to eat, but keep the shell in tact. Stir up some yellow or chocolate cake batter in whatever dish you have along, and put into the oranges (3/4 full). Cover with top of orange, and wrap well in foil. Throw into/onto the coals, and bake about 15-20 minutes! Cake in a Cup!
