HOMEMADE SPICY BBQ RUB: I usually double or triple this recipe. 1 TBS smoked paprika, 2 TBS garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp cayenne, 1 TBS dried chives, 2 TBS brown sugar, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1 TBS sugar.
