Quinoa porridge is what's for breakfast. I love that this is so easy to make and chockfull of nutrients. I get up in the morning and put quinoa on the stove, then jump in the shower, etc and by the time I circle back to the kitchen it is ready for toppings:) I find that for my breakfast porridge stove top works best:)
