Fall-Off-The-Bone Crock Pot Ham... 1 Bone-In Ham (Butt portion); 3 cups Light Brown Sugar... Use about 1 ½ cups brown sugar to cover bottom of crock pot in ¼ inch layer. Cut open package and remove plastic circle, if there, that covers bone on bottom of ham. Place ham face down on top of brown sugar. Coat ham in thick layer of brown sugar. Seal tightly with lid, and foil if necessary. Cook on High for 6-7 hours or Low for 8-10 hours. Remove and serve in chunks.
