8 can chicken tortilla soup is just as easy as it sounds! Only 8 cans all poured in a pan and heated up. Perfect for leftover chicken and on a cold day! Omg I have been craving chicken tortilla soup and I have all of this right now! (Except for the canned chicken because it's not my cup of tea, so I'll just bake and shred a chicken breast or two)
8 Can Chicken Tortilla Soup, OR 8 Can Mexican Chicken Soup, I think either way you get the idea! I happen to call it “Mexican” and my husband calls it “tortilla” not sure who is right, but it doesn’t matter as long as you make some!

Spam Fried Rice - Ingredients 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided 2 eggs, beaten 1 12-ounce can SPAM® Teriyaki, diced 1/4 cup diced carrots 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper 2 cups cooked rice 3 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® soy sauce Directions 1 In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add eggs. Cook, stirring, to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside. 2 In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Cook SPAM® Teriyaki, carrots, green onions and bell pepper 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 3 Stir in rice and egg. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Heat thoroughly. 4 Garnish as desired with additional green onion.

We made this with Andouille because we couldn't find Chorizo anywhere. We also couldn't find hot paprika. It was DELICIOUS however we needed to spice it up A LOT because of these substitutions. I suggest following the recipe or adding some other heat element. I could eat this for days, am currently dumping hot sauce on a serving while typing.
