Bahama Mama - ¾ oz Malibu Coconut Rum; ¾ oz Banana Liqueur; 1 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum; 1.5 oz Orange Juice; 2.5 oz Pineapple Juice; 1-2 tbsp Grenadine; ¼ cup crushed ice; Garnish: Orange/Pineapple wedge; 1 Maraschino Cherry (optional); Preparation: Combine all ingred and mix in cocktail shaker. Garnish with Orange/Pineapple wedge.
ISLAND MIMOSA - Fill a champagne flute 1/2 way with champagne or sparkling wine. Add pineapple juice and Malibu Coconut Rum. Top with a dash of grenadine. Drop in 2-3 frozen pineapple chunks to keep drink chilled.
