I just heard about this at physical therapy! Homemade Ice packs: 1 part rubbing alcohol to 3 parts water, gets really cold, but never hardens so you can manipulate it. every athlete (or mom) should pin this!
Soaking feet in vinegar is a great remedy for many problems like toenail fungus, dry feet, etc. Here are some vinegar foot soaks that will help you have soft and supple feet.~ (as a Manicurist I wont promise it to work for everyone...but it will improve it .)
