20 Ave 25 Venice Beach 90291 - This is a super cool beach house located on a walk street just a skip from the world famous Venice Boardwalk. This 2 story property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a huge 4 car garage. My client is a bodybuilder and was looking for a 2nd home near Golds Gym so this worked out perfect for him. This sold in the early 2000's for $575,000!
3422 Schooner Ave #3 Marina Del Rey Peninsula 90292 - I sold this cool little Marina townhouse to my buyer way back in the day when prices were reasonable. This one went out at $367,500. This has 2br & 2 baths and 1287 square feet. A quick 3 minute walk to the fabulous Marina Peninsula beaches.
114 Buccaneer Ave Marina Del Rey Peninsula 90292 - This was a super cool little 1br 1ba bungalow located across from the beach on a walk street. It was small and cute with a large hot tub in a killer location. Walk to the beach for a swim or to Washington Blvd for a beer at Hinanos. They loved living here until they had to sell for a job relocation. A typical beach bungalow. It originally sold for $350,000 if you can believe it!
12019 McCune Ave Mar Vista 90066 - A super cool Spanish duplex. Actually it is 2 houses on one lot. The property is the brown one in the foreground and the white one to the right. This was a great buy for the buyer whom I represented. We got the seller down about 90k due to some repair issues and the buyers did real good. Final sales price was $615,000 down fron 690K! Good job guys. Sold in 2011.

3939 Inglewood Blvd Mar Vista. This was a great non-rent control 12 unit building that I sold to my investor client. He purchased it in 2006. I sold it for $2,700,000. He got a great deal!
4716 Dockweiler Mid Wilshire 90019 - This was a cool funky 2 story duplex that I listed and sold for $799,000. It had lot's of cool period details including arches, hardwood floors, brick accents etc.
11960 Venice Blvd Mar Vista 90066. Another 4plex I listed and sold for my good client and friend Iain. I sold this 2 story for $820,000.
3358 Bagley Ave Palms 90034 - This was a great little Triplex. The front unit is a Spanish Style house and the rear consists of a newer 2 story duplex that was built in the 80's. This was one of those rare properties where the older portion was subject to rent control and the rear units were not. I sold this puppy for $445,000 to my buyer Dan who you will find on his Sailboat whenever possible.
3602 Kelton Ave Palms 90034. I listed and sold this for $1,250,000. This was a sweet 4plex that sold in 2006. It had a great 3br 2ba owner's unit that the buyer moved in to.
4716 Dockweiler St Mid Wilshire 90019. Quirky little 2 story 1920's duplex with tons of period details inside. Each unit was 2br 1bath and I listed and sold it for $799,000.
3358 Bagley Ave Palms 90034. A triplex that consists of a Classic Spanish style house in front and a 2 story newer duplex built in the rear. One of the rarew properties were the rear is not under rent control but the front is. I solkd this to my client Dan who you'll probably find on his sailboat, not at this property! It sold for $445,000.
11906 Venice Blvd Mar Vista 90066. This was a great 2 story bread and butter 4 plex that I listed and sold for my client Iain. He exchanged this in to a larger 8 unit building in 2004. I listed and sold this for $820,000.
3662 Kelton St Palms 90034. This was a 2 story Fourplex that I sold in 2006. This had a great 3br 2bath owner's unit that the new buyer moved in to. I listed and sold this for $1,125,000.
3958 Wade St Mar Vista 90066. I sold this to my good client and friend Roberto in 2010. This was a great deal as it was the least expensive home in this cute Mar Vista neighborhood. I sold it for $455,000 and I do not think you'll ever find a house that low in this area again. Good job Roberto!
3609 Beethoven St Mar Vista 90066 - Nice tranquil 2 Story triplex in a quiet section of Beethoven at the base of Mar Vista Hill. I listed and sold this for $860,000 in 2004.
4006 BOISE AVE MAR VISTA 90066. This was a 2 story 5Plex that I listed and sold for my clients Georgia and Leonard in 2006. They were kinda over that whole "tenant" thing and decided to list with me. I found a good buyer and even had to show up to court to help oust a most unbecoming non-paying tenant. Alls well that ends well as they say... I sold it for $800,000.
3866 HURON ST CULVER CITY 90230. Nice bread and butter 2 story triplex. No Rent Control, yeah! Sold it to my buyer Sigmund who is an astute investor. I sold it in 2006 for a cool $1,000,000.
20 Clubhouse Venice Beach 90291. A very cool 2 story historic Craftsman home that felt like a haunted house. I had this listed for like all of two hours when I got the offer. Located on a Venice walk street just steps to the world famous Boardwalk. The buyer Richard wrote music for commercials and movies and was kind of in to the occult and collecting weird movie things so it was a perfect house for him. Talk about a great place to have a Halloween party! I sold this for $1,066,000.
