This is the Chapel in the Woods in Northern Arkansas. Can you imagine getting married here or how peaceful it must be to be in this environment? It was built in Thorncrown by Jim Reed who bought the land to retire but ended up having so many people want to look at the beautiful view of the Ozark hills from his property that he decided to build a chapel for visitors to relax in. Pretty amazing!

The Cathedral-Basilica of Saint Louis, King of France, also called St. Louis Cathedral is the seat of the Roman Catholic Arch Diocese of New Orleans; it has the distinction of being the oldest continuously operating cathedral in the United States. The first church on the site was built in 1718; the third, built in 1789, was raised to cathedral rank in 1793. The cathedral was expanded and largely rebuilt in 1850, with little of the 1789 structure remaining.
