Crockpot Italian Chicken 4 Chicken Breasts (thawed) 1 packet Zesty Italian Dressing Seasoning 1 8oz package of Cream Cheese 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1/4 - 1/2 can of Milk Instructions ( Edit ) Mix altogether in crockpot; cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick add a little milk. Serve over pasta or rice.

Crockpot Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin – uses 2 lbs. pork tenderloin, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tbls. soy sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tbls. cornstarch, 1 tsp.ground sage, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Slow-cooks on low for 6 to 8 hours, and 1 hour before done, glaze is applied. | best stuff
Roasted Green Beans with Mushrooms, Balsamic, and Parm - Marinate fresh green beans and mushrooms in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Bake at 425 for 20 to 30 minutes. Good, but I think I used too much olive oil. The recipe didn't give measurements, so I just eyeballed it. ~ Julie
