Oat drops w/o sugar and eggs...someone suggested pumpkin puree instead of bananas w ginger & nutmeg and maybe a bit of stevia. Some fresh fruit instead of dried--apples or. I would definitely need to add a few dark chocolate chips.
Yummy healthy cookies! 1c rolled oats, 1c canned pumpkin, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, 1c natural peanut butter, 1c liquid egg whites, Stevia to taste, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp pumpkin spice, 1/4c flaxseed, 1c dark choc chips. Mix all together and drop tablespoons on non stick pan. Bake at 350 for 10 mins or until golden brown!
