    Question for you guys -- hope you see it! I would love to work out at home while watching your videos. But all I have to work with is my office, which is carpeted. Will it affect anything if I do these exercises on carpet? I would just have a pair of running shoes I only use inside...but I wonder if the carpet affects the safety/effectiveness.
