Kids prefer taste on health and unless they are enlightened what food they are eating and pro’s and con’s of the food, they will not understand the value of nutrition. Educating kids about food should be done in the schools.
Food Revolution Day aims to educate and inspire people everywhere to stand up for real food and empower the public to demand more from governments, schools and food manufactures all over the world in order to sanction the mission of better food, and improved food education for all.

Picky Eater Pleasers My kids are fussy eaters, but one thing theyll always eat is organic boxed macaroni and cheese. Whenever I make it for them, I bump up the nutrition by nixing the milk and butter and substituting a jar of organic sweet-potato baby food and 4 T plain Greek yogurt. Mixed with the cheese, it creates a creamy sauce my kids love. They wont eat in any other way! I love that it gives them a boost of protein, vitamin C and vitamin A. -Melissa W.
