How To Make Energy Bars With 3 Healthy Ingredients My note: these are basically Larabars. 1 cup nuts, 1 cup dried fruit, 1 cup dates. Blend, smoosh into ball, fix into a square and cut into 9 pieces. Cover each piece in plastic wrap and store in freezer. Easy and they taste really good. Looking to try different combinations like chocolate chip-coconut or peanut butter!

There is no other way to eat them now that I have tried them this way! Clean them, cut them in half, mix EVO, onion powder, sea salt, and juice from 1/2 of a lemon, stir the sprouts in the mixture and place on a cookie sheet and bake for 25 minuets. Oh and make sure you put all the leaves that fell off on the pan... they get really crispy and are a treat to the palate!
