3 Ways With: Beetroot
There is no other way to eat them now that I have tried them this way! Clean them, cut them in half, mix EVO, onion powder, sea salt, and juice from 1/2 of a lemon, stir the sprouts in the mixture and place on a cookie sheet and bake for 25 minuets. Oh and make sure you put all the leaves that fell off on the pan... they get really crispy and are a treat to the palate!

I put butter on the tops of each floret, put them on the foil, sprinkled the broccoli generously with salt & pepper, lightly sprinkled onion and garlic powder. 15 minutes into the cooking I added a little more butter, pepper and onion powder. Put it back in the oven for about 5 minutes. Really good! Everyone, including 3 kids, liked this.
