Purchase gooseberries that are fresh, hard and bright green in colour.

Traditionally, it is made with raw eggs layered with ladyfingers which are light and sweet sponge cake biscuits. It is considered semifreddo, a dessert served cold but not frozen. A decadent dessert enjoyed in any occasion. There are many versions of tiramisu around the world. This recipe, is the easiest one I have come across.

Recipe – BLUEBERRY FLAUGNARDE Flaugnarde is a simple, easy dessert made with fruits, similar to clafouti where traditionally un-pitted cherries are used. A clafouti is a french dessert from the Limousin region in Central France; when made with other fruits instead of cherries, the dish is called as Flaugnarde. It is somewhere between a flavourful custard and baked pancake dusted with powdered sugar or icing sugar makes a wonderful dessert and also a tasty break-fast too.
French Macarons are light, crisp and delicate cookies with a crunchy texture on the outside and slightly chewy inside. Enjoyed with any delicious filling of your choice or plain (we love it this way). It needs lot of practice (am still doing it), patience (just like doing the puff pastry), time, gentle handling and cool environment. It is not easy and can be very challenging. Recipe – 4 BRAIDED BREAD Braided bread is beautiful, tasty and makes a delicious toast. The simple ingredients easily go together to make a rich, slightly sweet moist bread. I kneaded the dough by hand; made this bread as per my oven size and with the remaining dough, made dinner rolls. It does take effort however, it’s worth it! Enjoyed hugely at my home and is perfect for a family dinner meal; also it looks wonderful when served on the table.

It is one of the healthiest leafy vegetables and should be included in our daily diet. Easy and very simple to make with minimal ingredients available in the kitchen. Thin, long and slender; it comes in 3 different colours, light green, dark green and purple.
