I did lose weight when I made this (it was for a vacation), and it tasted great!! To Lori, this came personally recommended: In a crockpot....Put in crockpot in order..DO NOT STIR!!!! 1 LARGE CAN OF GREEN BEANS (do not drain_ 8 cut up Russet Potatoes 2 Sliced Up Kielbasa Sausage 1 diced up onion Put in enough water to cover the potatoes Drop in 4 Chicken Buillion Ice Cube Salt and Pepper to taste! Cook on high for 6 hours! Stir right before serving but not until then!
