Resipi Jem Nenas (utk kuih tart)  Bahan-Bahan 3 biji nenas size kecil 3/4 cawan gula  kulit kayu manis  Cara Membuat Jem Nenas Kupas dan bersihkan kulit nenas. Parut/sagat. Di dalam kuali ‘non stick’ masakkan nenas dan kulit kayu manis. Bila air nenas dah sedikit kering, masukkan gula. Kacau jem nenas supaya ia masak dengan sekata dan tidak hangus. Teruskan memasak sampai jem betul-betul kering.

Palembang Fishcake/Salmon Empek-Empek. 300gr salmon(flesh of, ground) 1/2 cup warm water 1 tsp salt 250gr sago palm flour 4 eggs (broken into a bowl)  Mix flesh of fish, warm water and salt. Add sago palm flour little by little while mixing until it is mixed.  Form it oval about 75gr, make a hole in the middle by point finger.  Then turn it around while pressed until it becomes a pocket and put some broke raw egg in.Close the hole tightly.  Boil some water and put empek-empek one by one…

Crispy Asian Foldover Pancake Ingredients: 1/2 cup sugar 1egg 1 1/2 cup warm water 2cups flour 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda 1 tsp baking powder  Method: 1. For the batter, mix altogether to smooth batter. 2. Leave for 30 mins. 3. Heat pan, pour a ladle of batter and spread out flat like pancake. Sprinkle some sugar, cheese,nutella, peanut butter, chocolate rice ,cream corn, condence milk, sesame seeds, or whatever you like and dot with butter.  4. Fold in half and cut, serve hot.
