gorgeous penthouse with sprawling terrace, IT lofts,

IT Lofts Lower Penthouse 602 Penthouse

terrace with greenery, good sightlines, compact kitchen, only alteration I would suggest is removing the ensuite bath (GASP) YES! 2 full baths are completely unnecessary, and you gain a large principle bedroom by doing so. IT Lofts 933 Suite

I'm so excited about this project! Talk about living in the heart of the city!

from Expo condos in Toronto. theredpin.com. why it rocks: great layout, spacious staircase. minor alterations: move the entry closet under the stairs, and construct a cool loft space above the dining room.

ok so this is not a floor plan, but it is a schematic drawing of a great idea! I hate those boring sliding mirrored doors developers supply for 'closets' instead have some custom cabinetry made to replace them!

So excited about this new condo development in toronto! abucus lofts. love this mid-rise developments that focus on end users.

I think even the most avid gardener would be happy with this unit, 4 stepped terraces mean outside living for everyone.

The Space is delineated yet open and the kitchen is open concept yet still has its own space.

Appropriately sized kitchen that doesn't dominate the space, lots of windows and 2 balconies.

why it rocks: for a small unit the floor plan makes exceptional sense; the services (washroom, bathroom) are grouped together, the entry way is not crowded and you have a moderately good sightline. With a few minor alterations you could imagine exaggerating the grouped services idea by creating what appeared to be a "service cube" which divides an otherwise open space. You could wrapping the cube in a contrasting material or colour, and replace the existing doors with floor to ceiling glass doors.

why it rocks: mid-rise on a great street with amenities that have grown over time, black trim windows look great, stepped terraces at rear means lots of light, podium horizontally split between heavy stone and light glass.
