Brocolli baked with garlic, salt & pepper. You will never eat brocolli another way than this. I left out the garlic because my kids aren't fans of it. Just put the brocolli in a bowl, add salt, pepper and small amount of olive oil, toss and place on cookie sheet and bake. ~ Melissa
Baked Oatmeal Casserole... bake at night, eat for breakfast. Made this one, another one scratched off my list. It was delicious. Great concept. Quick and easy. Could possibly decrease or go without the butter. May try that next time just for fat/calorie reasons.- Melissa
