Greek turkey burgers -- a new favorite! Everyone said that these were like a gyro on a bun. I had mine bunless and it was still fantastic. Used gluten free bread to make bread crumbs. Otherwise, made just as the recipe was written. Definitely make again.
Corn, Tomato, and Avocado Quinoa Salad. I really liked this, especially the lime and avocado. It was a good healthy side! Sometimes I just want something really healthy for a potluck when I feel like all I'm eating is really heavy food!
