Low Carb Broccoli Cheese Soup ~ Delicious!Ingredients: 3 cups broccoli -- cooked and chopped, or frozen (cook it first!) 4 ounces cream cheese 3/4 cup heavy cream 3/4 cup water 2 packages chicken bouillon pepper -- to taste 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (I used more)
Broccoli Cheese Soup EDIT: I sautéed onion, celery, and carrots rather than adding celery and carrots later. Also, broccoli wilts a little once you add it, so wait to add additional chicken stock/milk till after it's cooked some.
MY REVIEW: heavenly. tomato and cheese tortellini soup! I used progresso tomato basil soup instead of the tomato soup and I served with grilled cheese on a cold rainy day! My boys loved it so much that it is now our official rainy day soup!
Tomato Tortellini Soup. Added red wine, 2tbls whipping cream instead of half and half, 32 oz chicken stock, halve the Italian seasoning, I box of red pepper tomato soup from tjs instead of regular tomato.
