Penne Pasta with ground beef for Baked Ziti Recipe: very easy and very good. Makes a generous amount of ziti for that sized dish. I definitely needed (but didn't have) more mozzarella cheese. I used a cheddar blend.. Would have been better with just mozzarella but still great!
So, I did something similar to this, and it turned out amazingly. We did one layer of biscuits cut into quarters, added a layer of toppings, poured in the pizza sauce then did yet another layer of topping. Baked at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, pulled it out, added the cheese then baked for another 15 minutes. It came out delicious.
